Alex will provide a comprehensive look at estate planning for individuals with special needs. The seminar will cover the fundamentals of estate planning, special needs trusts, how to select a trustee and guardian, and the documents you need to protect your family’s financial future.
Mariann will discuss the purpose of IDEA and what parents should know about the special education process from start to finish. There will be a Q & A session to follow the seminar.
